Stan Kottke is President of Collins Aerospace's Interiors Strategic Business Unit, based in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. In this role, he is responsible for leading a broad portfolio of aircraft interior systems for seating, lighting, galley, oxygen, passenger service, evacuation, de-icing, lavatory, waste, potable water and more. His goal is to drive innovative cabin interior solutions that deliver premium value and ensure safe, sustainable aviation for original equipment manufacturers, airlines and business jet customers.

Committed to delivering operational excellence, customer satisfaction and shareholder value, Stan is a purpose-driven leader with a passion for developing people and processes. He’s been with Collins and its heritage businesses for more than 25 years, and has extensive experience in program management, business development, international operations and mergers & acquisitions. Most recently, he led the Aerostructures business headquartered in Chula Vista, CA. Prior to that, he served in various leadership roles including Vice President, Electric Power Systems and Vice President, Aftermarket.

Stan’s passion lies in leveraging his experience to develop others – empowering individuals and their teams to achieve greater success. An avid supporter of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging in the workplace, he is dedicated to helping others take their careers to unprecedented levels regardless of their personal characteristics. Stan earned a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University, as well as an MBA and Master of Finance from Indiana University.
